General Policy
Due to the customised nature of our products and services, returns, exchanges, and refunds are not available for custom-made items, unless the product is defective or an error occurred during production on our part.Please review your order carefully before approving artwork or completing payment.Type your paragraph here
T-Shirt Printing & Apparel
2.1 Garments Supplied by Instaposter Creations
We stand behind the quality of both our garments and printing services. A replacement or refund may be considered if: The printed design differs from the final artwork approved by the customer. The garment supplied by Instaposter Creations is faulty or damaged before printing. The item arrives damaged due to a production fault.Refunds or exchanges will not be granted for: Incorrect sizes selected by the customer. Design changes requested after artwork approval. Customer spelling or artwork errors that were approved before production. Damage resulting from improper washing, ironing or general wear and tear.
2.2 Customer-Supplied Garments
Customers may provide their own garments for printing; however, this service is undertaken entirely at the customer's own risk.Instaposter Creations cannot be held responsible for: Damage to customer-supplied garments during the printing process. Unsatisfactory print quality caused by unsuitable fabric, material, coatings or garment condition. Colour variations resulting from the material supplied.Should a printing error occur due to our production process, we are unable to replace customer-owned garments. Where possible, we may offer a discounted reprint as a gesture of goodwill.
Personalised Gifts & Custom Products
Because personalised gifts are manufactured specifically for each customer, they cannot be returned or exchanged simply because the customer changes their mind.A replacement may be approved only if:
The product arrives damaged.
The printed design differs from the final approved artwork.
The incorrect product was supplied.
Customers are responsible for supplying:
High-resolution images
Correct spelling
Accurate names, dates and wording
Instaposter Creations cannot be held responsible for poor print quality resulting from low-resolution images or inaccurate information supplied by the customer. Where a replacement is approved, the replacement will be produced using the corrected artwork and will be the same product originally ordered.
Artwork Approval
Before production begins, customers receive a digital proof where applicable.By approving the artwork, the customer confirms that:
All spelling is correct.
Contact information is correct.
Colours and layout have been reviewed.
The design is approved for production.
Once approval has been given, Instaposter Creations accepts no responsibility for errors contained within the approved artwork.
Reporting a Problem
If you believe your order contains a defect or production error:
Notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
Provide clear photographs or videos showing the issue.
Send your claim via Email or WhatsApp.
We may request that the defective item be returned before a replacement is issued.
Claims submitted after 48 hours may not qualify for replacement.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders may only be changed or cancelled before production begins.
Once:
Artwork has been approved.
Production has started.
The order cannot be cancelled, changed, or refunded.
If cancellation is requested before production:
Design work already completed may be charged.
Deposits paid for design services are non-refundable.
Materials purchased specifically for the order may also be deducted from the refund.
Refunds
Where a refund has been approved by Instaposter Creations, it will:
Be processed using the original payment method where possible.
Be completed within 5–10 business days.
Exclude courier or delivery charges unless the error was caused by Instaposter Creations.
